Whether you’re running large injection molds, die cast tools, or massive stamping dies, our DYNA-BLUE® & DYNA-BRITE furnaces enable you to get high-performance treatment without the compromises that come with oversized equipment:

  • ✔️ Computer-controlled temperature for precise, repeatable results

  • ✔️ Fluidized bed uniformity ensures total coverage across OD and ID surfaces, bores, ribs, and deep pockets

  • ✔️ 1-2 day turnaround even on large tools (10,000+ lbs)

  • ✔️ No line-of-sight limitations—coats deep holes and complex geometries evenly

  • ✔️ Temperature uniformity within +/-2 °F

At Dynamic we understand that not all tooling fits standard furnaces. That’s why we’ve engineered the largest, most advanced fluidized bed furnace in the industry, designed specifically to handle large molds, stamping dies, and complex components up to 77 ” in diameter and 110″ in length with a capacity exceeding 30,000 pounds.

This large-format system allows us to deliver our signature DYNA-BLUE® & DYNA-BRITE Ferritic Nitrocarburizing treatments and other specialty processes to massive tools, while maintaining uniform temperature (within +2°F) case depth precision, penetration of holes, deep ribs, and even water lines with no distortion.
