What Is DYNA-GLOSS™?

DYNA-GLOSS™ is a proprietary surface restoration treatment developed specifically for textured molds with gloss-level requirements. When a textured surface starts to wear, it can lose its gloss level and may be cause for part rejection. By applying DYNABRITE® to prevent wear & DYNA-GLOSS™ to restore the intended finish, ­thus ensuring gloss consistency while maintaining the mold’s wear resistance and microtexture integrity.

This makes it ideal for automotive, consumer, and appliance applications where both surface durability and cosmetic appearance are critical.

Gloss shift and texture breakdown often occur in molds running glass-filled materials, mineral additives, or high-temperature polymers. Over time, micro-textures wear down, and the part’s finish becomes inconsistent.

DYNA-GLOSS™ prevents this by:
