What Is DYNA-COAT™?
DYNA-COAT™ is a suite of ultra-hard PVD coatings with hardness ratings of 3400Hv (90+ HRC). These coatings are engineered to enhance surface hardness, resist wear, and improve part release. The treatment depth ranges from 2-8 microns, offering a precise, durable layer that enhances tool performance without compromising dimensional tolerances.
