At Dynamic we understand that not all tooling fits standard furnaces. That’s why we’ve engineered the largest, most advanced fluidized bed furnace in the industry, designed specifically to handle large molds, stamping dies, and complex components up to 77 ” in diameter and 110″ in length with a capacity exceeding 30,000 pounds.
This large-format system allows us to deliver our signature DYNA-BLUE® & DYNA-BRITE Ferritic Nitrocarburizing treatments and other specialty processes to massive tools, while maintaining uniform temperature (within +2°F) case depth precision, penetration of holes, deep ribs, and even water lines with no distortion.
